Sandra Stegemann

Sandra Stegemann has been Executive Assistant at Agora Think Tanks in Berlin since 2026. In this role, she supports the executive management team and coordinates key organisational and administrative processes.

Before joining Agora Think Tanks, she worked as an Executive Assistant in the Modern Work division at Microsoft Germany. There, she focused on modern communication tools and artificial intelligence, as well as the coordination of training programmes, internal communications and volunteering initiatives. Prior to that, Sandra Stegemann worked at Amazon Web Services, where she supported the Managing Director and was responsible for location management, hiring and onboarding processes, international event formats and fostering educational partnerships.

Sandra Stegemann holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Economics with a focus on Event and Destination Management.
