Josephine Jung

Josephine Jung is Finance and Controlling Officer at Agora Think Tanks (Agora Energiewende, Agora Industrie, and Agora Agrar). She has been with Agora since May 2026.

Before joining Agora, Josephine worked as a devision assistant in the Energy and Climate division at Öko-Institut Consult GmbH, where she supported researchers in acquiring new projects, helped organize events, and handled different HR tasks.

While studying Sustainable Management at Technical University Berlin, Josephine worked as a student assistant in the accounting department of the Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications, Heinrich-Hertz-Institut.

Prior to that, she completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk and spent a year volunteering at a Jewish nursing home in Boston, Massachusetts, with the organization Aktion Sühnezeichen Friedensdienste e.V.
